Windows 10 doesn’t support Intel WiDi, i. Intel WiDi used to work on my system till Windows 8. I get the above error while trying to install WiDi application.
Is there a way to force install the intel widi software for windows 10 I use this feature daily and I would have to go back to Windows 8. This worked perfectly on 8. I spent about 2 hours on the phone with the Dell tech dept yesterday, gave them access remotely and they couldn’t figure out the problem either. This isn’t going to make you any happier, but apparently Dell is aware of the issue and working with Microsoft.
