Vladimir Tasoff was born in Volgograd – Russia in 1970 and graduated from Academy of Architecture in Volgograd (Russia) in 1996.

First personal exhibition was in 1999 in Volgograd Show-room in Union of Writers. From then was exhibited in different galleries: Moscow, New York, Miami, Paris, Florence and Quito.
